With over two decades immersed in the dynamic food & beverage and hospitality industries, Nina Love stands as a seasoned culinary artist, expert, and consultant. Her impressive 21-year career spans diverse and high-stakes environments, from serving distinguished clientele and global dignitaries at the Pentagon and the U.S. House of Representatives to orchestrating large-scale catering events. Notably, Nina spearheaded a week-long catering operation for the NFL Draft 2024, where she expertly built a kitchen and dining room from scratch in Detroit’s Hart Plaza and led a team of 43 local chefs, cooks, and service team members to successfully serve over 3,500 guests daily from sun up to sun down. 

Nina's entrepreneurial spirit also shines through her roles as the CEO and founder of All Black Everything Hospitality Group LLC; a hospitality consulting firm that offers foodpreneurs, owner/operators at all levels and the organizations that serve them, a full range of solutions and strategies for building and growing successful, thriving food and beverage businesses by way of education, training and development, coaching and certification programs.
